I heard someone speculate somewhere that perhaps the events of some of the early drops were actually projected to be plans for a year in advance. What if the above is describing events of tomorrow and coming days????? Future proves past...

Great digging and thank you! My guess is along the same lines, with maybe a delay until after the election, my thought on timelines:

Q#1 was WRONG. (HRC was not arrested.)

Q#1 was contradicted or corrected 1 minute and 29 seconds later by Q#2.

Due to the length and complexity of Q#2, and other factors, it is clear that Q#2 and Q#1 are DIFFERENT VOICES.

The first word of Q#2 is "Mockingbird." I think that, although we didn't immediately understand the significance of that word, it was to say that the incorrect information of Q#1 resulted directly or indirectly from the C_A Mockingbird PSYOP.
