I did see that and considered the same things but with one caveat - the (supposedly) ‘new & improved’ D-J/F-I would certainly claim that in other cases i.e. FOIA or even the trial of Manafort before Judge Ellis vs. order by POTUS. But, as always, TBD ;)
We have the House, the Senate and the WH - but we cannot have any say so in the running of the country. Congress is a dog and pony show - like Kevin McCarthy's immigration bill: campaign fluff... put it up for a vote!
