I would say yes. If everyone would check out his court records at Broward county clerks office... you would see that he had a DV (domestic violence) charge by Viola Altieri, which she latter dropped. You will also see his felony convictions, which he trys to plead not guilty too, and then changes his pleas to No contest after the trial is set... He also fights his traffic tickets and gets off on one I say because I think the officer didnt show up to testify or could not recall the incident.
