Can a convicted felon vote in Florida?

Posting blind, but was he CONVICTED of any felonies? I didn't read his criminal history close enough. But if not convicted, being merely CHARGED with a felony wouldn't take away your right to vote. Also, many times felonies are dropped to misdemeanors at sentencing and with plea deals.

Just wondering.

In Floriduh, after the convict has satisfied all his post-sentencing requirements, his civil rights are “restored” so yes, he can vote.

But, he has to be all done with probation/parole, all court costs and fines paid...in short, nothing against him.
