Bottom line....did he send out devices to threaten former Presidents and representatives...was he alone or did he have help.

The target symbol stuff is the type of thing that gets chased out of QResearch with catcalls of clown activity.

I agree mostly caww, except for your “fact” that the windows don’t matter, and were concealing something inside of the van. To me the windows are a “Sign”, like a Bright flashing advertisement.... other than that, and that we will likely know the story latter on, I agree.

The car signs do matter. They screamed “twisted”. They scream a message. The message displayed screamed either/or:

1) “Look at me, I’m driving with illegal window coverings, so Stop Me, Mr. Cop.”
2) “Look at me, I hate these people, plastered on my windows, obscuring my vision. I may be a danger.”
3) “ Look at me set up the R’s MAGA. Viritus showed you nerds that Dem operatives use mentally ill for opposition dirty tricks & dark ops. What’s my name? ”
