I think you may be exactly right, he may still be in a position to wreak havoc on the economy, and his sons if anything were to happen to him. However, Q say they have a very special place picked out for him. Presumably there is a branch of the plan related to him. He’s banned in Russia, there’s no reason he can’t be proscribed here as well.
People keep reminding me of Q's prescription for S0r0s... yet still old gravy face keeps wreaking havoc {e.g.: Kavanaugh saga}. Post-mid-terms period needs to start moving on Q's predictions. As far as banning S0r0s from the sovereign territory of the US - he does not need access to wreck the dollar or sow mayhem. sigh
