Actually, Trump will be enforcing the 14th
Amendment as written. The Constitution is clear, that he must uphold the Constitution and enforce the law.
There is no basis in law for birthright citizenship.
DACA is the opposite. Obama did it against the Constitution and existing law, and creating law by himself.Totally unconstitutional.
Trump is so playing with their heads.
Trump is using “birthright citizenship” as leverage in the deal. Expect a lawsuit and the SCOTUS to make an decision on the interpretation of the current wording and congress to stand by to amend their decision.
