I guess Broward just made initial arrest because this has to be a federal case. He crossed like a bazillion state lines with his fake bombs, right?
Personally I think its all a setup for several reasons but it scares me to see familiar players in the mix. Surely to God our FBI is clean enough to handle this without more conspiracy nonsense. They fired the whole seventh floor!
