I did spice up my English muffin with PB by putting some honey on it, but thats as good as its probably going to get tonight.
When we buy pork loin I wrap sections in foil so they ready to drop into crock pot. Takes less than a minute. Cooks all day while we’re gone so there is absolutely no work just pre planning. (Bought 7 loins for $1.39# last month. Had some cut to chops, some to tenderloins and remainder are in small roasts for pulled pork. Also some ground pork that will use in Italian dishes and omelets. )
