How are you feeling today?
My arms are a bit sore but it’s not as bad as it was yesterday. I go see the orthopedic surgeon on Monday and his exam will likely be painful. And then I go to new physical therapist on Wednesday, and then the same thing will happen. She did have me cancel my appointment for Thursday because I said I didn’t want to go to his doctors appointment in excruciating pain. So at least she has some empathy! That’s a lot better than the last guy.

I spent the afternoon hossing 3 bags of clothes to the laundromat and back.
By the time I got back, I was really hurting.
I typed off a quick note to you guys, took my pain meds, and fell asleep!
I woke up about a half hour ago!
Had to get supper going!
