Yes, I’m looking at that package through my retired Postmaster eyes. That package did Not go through the Postal Service. Every employee is trained NOT to accept stamped packages like that. If one is found in an outgoing mailbox it is immediately isolated. If it was missed, at the very least the stamps would have a postmark applied. If postmark was missing, the carrier would have marked through the stamps at the least.
I don’t know about the other packages, but that one did not go through USPS.

Also, there are not enough stamps for an irregular PKG like that. It would have been marked postage due as well as postmarked.
I think we are looking at a group of people with access to Democrats and CNN news
