Just got off conference call where Libertarian candidate Rick Breckenridge throws support to Republican Matt Rosendale. Breckenridge says he did not have numbers to win seat.

News from training in our county this morning. 3,800 have either voted at early voting or sent in an absentee ballot. In 2016, 4,200 voted in that manner. People can still vote early and other AB have been requested and mailed out. We may go over the 2016 top if this rate continues
All computers that create paper ballots have been upgraded to make tampering with them much more difficult It’s up to each individual to check to see if the box marked was their choice.
New regulations and software has been installed for “write in”. No more Micky Mouse and Donald Duck. Only names from a certified list. Voting machine actually takes a picture of the “write in” name.
