Thanks. So, the President met tonight with all the Service Chiefs, the Chair and Vice Chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and all the Geographic and Specified Combatant Commanders.
The press was brought in to witness the opening of the meeting.
Definitely a “message.”
