I don't see the mooring stations you mentioned.

If they are floating they are mooring buoys. If they are fixed they are bollards.

The center of the most obvious one (concrete, 360' long X 44' wide at the ends) is ~850' due north of the peninsula shoreline midway between the Admiral's Quarters and the Officers' Club. its coordinates are

There is a triple one (oval ends, square center) at

At a distance of ~1,000 ft, bearing 44 degrees from the center of the solid structure...

And, at a distance of ~940 ft, bearing ~42.5 degrees from the above central square -- is the estimated midpoint between two similar ovals at

19.931210° -75.139378°

To me, they're fairly obvious... '-)

And, they're pretty massive structures. If they're all "Bollards" that simplifies descriptions -- because there are an additional dozen pairs of "ovals" located throughout the upper ends of the bay...
