I agree. Trump has declared a National Emergency about this, stated that there are "Middle easterners" and gangs and criminals in the group, and that the Mil will be used to protect the border. Newest tweet, I posted 3 earlier.

It’s part of Title 8 but I can find the specific part of it that goes into Presidential powers in case of a national emergency.
