I believe there were some modifications or additions to the space for U.S. troops and other employees.

There has been NO CHANGE in prisoner population since Zero left office. Anything to the contrary is disinfo or Urban Legend.

I did find a couple of residential areas (near the bay) built ca 2013 -- but they're a long way by road from the detention area.

The apparent detention personnel residence area ~2 miles NNW of the camp hasn't changed much since 2003. If anything, the roofs have deteriorated...
