Oh my goodness! Many! They ruled he cannot punish sanctuary cities; they ruled he cannot separate families (even though fed law requires that); they ruled he cannot overturn EO's of his predecessor; they ruled he cannot enforce specific laws... The 9th Circus is 100% corrupt.
The Congress has the power to break up the 9th, limit its authority. The problem is that that would require them to do something and we all know that is beyond their intentions... we are only talking about the foundations of the Republic; maybe next year, next term, next presidency... whatever.
