DNA evidence? That stuff is about as sound as taking a flu shot designed to help for 3 strands and expecting it to cover anything that comes through that season.
My son had one of those tests. It claimed he didn’t have any Cherokee ancestry as the test didn’t find any. His mother is a quarter and her dad was a half with his father married to a full blooded Cherokee woman.
So just how good are those tests? If they advertise them on TV, they’re a gimmick and a money making idea for someone. I’m reminded of the pet rock. And, of course, no one would lie about them, would they? Bon jure......
