People are stubbornly and proudly convinced they know it all sufficiently to remain unmoved by any amount of solid evidence and expert testimony. I increasingly try and stop such exchanges a lot sooner than I used to. They are futile.
A certain mentality and personality--usually with serious attachment disorder--simply will NOT learn anything from any amount of facts and evidence.
I personally believe HARP is used in serious and dramatic weather changes. I just don't know how much. The specifics are certainly difficult to discern from the still mostly classified information.
I don't know what to make of Dutch Sense. I believe he has a LOT more on the mark going for his analyses and conclusions than much of anyone gives him credit for. I just don't know how accurate he is how often. I believe he is significantly above chance in his predictions.

Again, if it exists what is the intention of such a program and why would it STILL, to this very day, be used against our own country?

Why does everybody have to pronounce judgment. Why can’t they just say wow, that’s a mind blowing concept. If true, it would explain a lot, and go on about their day. We know the classification system means the government has a lot that we don’t know about. Why NOT this?
