Take a page from the 'Rats: Go judge shopping, then you can easily get an injunction against gravity. Take it to the 9th Circuit, and bank on SCOTUS not taking the case. Problem solved!
Gravity is clearly unconstitutional, as it deprives one of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
