Correct. Even if Trump was NOT a devout Christian (and I won't argue either way), his main opponent wanted to turn secular liberalism into the de facto state church.

So I would vote for Trump even if I were a Jew, Muslim, Ba'hai or any other brand of religion who opposed a de facto state church. Or, for that matter, even a liberal who valued the First Amendment.
