It was a shout out for his buddy Nick Searcy who directed this film.
Nick starred on Justified and was on stake out listening to Rush on the radio. How that scene stayed in is a mystery to me.

Nick did a darn good job at directing this film. Better than Colin Trevveroow (not Steven Speilberg) did at Jurassic World did!
