Wasn’t a kook trap, it was an honest question. The only place on FR where the alleged CIA fleet is mentioned is on Q threads.
If you follow the threads (and I suspect you do, to some degree) you will know that ALL KINDS of theories are discussed. From simple to way out there. But it's not fair to cherry-pick the "kooky" ones and hold them up as an example of the entire research project.
All theories are vetted and either accepted, disagreed upon, or laughed out of the room, as some definitely should be.
But what's wrong with speculation and discussion? So much that we thought wasn't possible has already been proven to be true. Some truths are impossible to hide after a certain point.
And you have no idea of the effort that's put in by some to discourage "kook" talk. We know what will be done with it. So some thoughts are "off the table", even though it would be interesting to discuss them.
Anyway, it's a tenuous line to walk, between kookville and searching for truth. Wouldn't you say?
Especially when the derps are trying SO HARD to stop the signal and put us back to sleep.

I seem to recall from the 530 some page redacted FISA abuse report the CIA is implicated in some not properly authorized Signals intel (ab)use.
