You have to have all of the light metals in balance or you end up with cataracts and spurs.
His valve problem was more likely a ph problem.

No one told him to take Vitamin K. Vitamin D helps calcium to absorb into the body - rather indiscriminately. Vitamin K keeps it in the bones, where it belongs.
