I wish her the best. To be honest, I would love to see her, younger and healthy, on a very solidly conservative court, and have honest discussions of the issues.
RBG was very friendly with Justice Scalia. Opera buddies, they were. And he would get her roses for her birthdays.
Honestly I have a bit of PTSD from the Kavanaugh hearings. Apparently he does not...or at least appears this way. Hence his suited temperament to judge.
But I can’t imagine our country going through something like that again so soon. Onward to the midterms...and hopefully appointing justices will get EASIER as opposed to the inexcusable madness which just ensued.
Her legal philosophy and personal politics are an utter disaster, of course, and she doesnt belong on the court, but I wish her well personally.
An admirable wish, and others have expressed the same sentiment.
Let me ask you this... (if she had been a career pilot) would you want her flying a jet airliner or would you want her to retire quickly ?
