She’s looked pretty much the same for the last 5 years or so. The last video I saw she was barely coherant. I would suspect she just sort of shows up and her clerks do most of the work.
I just still get a kick out of the fact I KNOW she hung on so the first womyn president would appoint her successor instead of obama and it being a sure thing. Surprise! Maybe that’s why she’s staring dead ahead, thinking oh, I messed up. Haha.
