I would guess Trump is at least 10 points higher & would be even higher if people weren’t afraid of getting their skull cracked for outwardly showing & voicing their support.
I don’t know what poll Penn was citing but Rasmussen has Trump at 51%.
I think he was trying to give the feeling Trump wasn’t high enough in the polls to help in mid-terms.
We know that is false.
We see what is happening when Trump has a rally with those running.
