The first statement as it began first seemed to me at odds with the rest:

The first part seemed to refer to honeypot aspects i.e. take-in evidence; but, the second part rather suggests Mule op used to then try & hide / shield the evidence.
RR is pointedly NOT listed amongst the bad actors.
All the Mueller references are consistent with the theory that his purpose is to quarantine the pathogen (Russia frame-job) until SCOTUS, FBI, ELECTORATE and other factors are ready for the Trump counteroffensive.
