I know it’s Snopes but good info. Cars after 2001 are likely okay unless labeled. Small engines = bad. Looks like the pure stuff I use for my chainsaw will now have to be used for my mower too. Not happy. https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/e15-gasoline/

I trust wiki on certain thins. Snopes not so much.
I use snopes like i use wiki...on some things, it gives me a starting point or a go to next point.

I live in Illinois and the nearest station that sells pure gasoline is an hour away.
Driving thru oklahoma in Sept., seems each station has a pure gasoline option. Cost a little more than ethanol per gallon.
Take away the subsidy and let ethanol stand on its own merit.

just checked...2017 hyundai Ionic - E15 = ok; 2010 Chevy equinox - E15 = GM using weasel words -
"However, E85 (85% ethanol) and other fuels containing more than 10% ethanol must not be used in vehicles that were not designed for those fuels."
