We don’t know what’s in the FISA[20] or what may have accompanied +/- followed it. Remember, in testimony before HPSCI, RR said that the FISA he signed is not as has been depicted in the press, etc.. I figure it’s going to be black or white - he (and the Mule by extension) are black hats even possibly blackest of the black - but part of the setup here could also be that RR goes along to get it on the record, then, OMG - there’s gambling in the casino! Or the FISA[20] reveals that after putting in the stuff from Steele, etc., they add, “Oh BTW FISC, looks like this was bogus so now we’re looking into that” ... hard to tell how they do things + keep things secret. Recall recently Sara Carter spoke of “two sets of books” - my thinking is that there are the “books” that the DS knows of and has access to i.e. the FISA and, then, another set that only the white hats have; though my first inference from Sara’s report was that referred to things like the Google GMails and such - and I note that RR is included on the list of people “Q” has listed as having participated in the off-channel GMails. I still don’t know but I there are a number of coincidences that suggest WH vs. the voluminous suggestions & coverage by Hannity etc. that RR + the Mule are black hats.
