If they are most are retired, Marines only get two active 4 stars. One of them is IDed as the new SouthCom CG, so he's a two. Think they are @ 8th and I drinking out of the Commandant's cups.

that must have changed long while ago. When Cartwright was active there were 5 active 4-stars.
They have four 4-stars active now.
At the time of that picture, all 6 were active.
