Happy Tiwsday. We will vote today. I’m making lists for DP, Tom, and Sally. I’ll drag Tom with me: he doesn’t have to be at school until 11:30.
Our U.S. Representative seat is a real fight this year. I’m glad I voted for the Republican challenger in the primary: old Rep. Pittenger wouldn’t have run such a forceful race. He’s just a nice old guy.
I’m glad I don’t have to “go vote” because I don’t like going to the school next door. It was obviously designed for young bodies, because from the handicap parking to the voting area is about half a football field away.
I’m so tired of “how ugly, rotten and greedy my opponent is” that I’d like to pass legislation that says ONLY what a candidate is wanting to do, and saying nothing about the other person. Why do I care about what a candidate did 30 years ago? What is that candidate going to do for me, tomorrow? But don’t get me started.
