Our service lasts only about an hour, but we have at least 30 minutes of setup and another 15 or so to clear away when we’re doing the music.
If I could do something besides sit, it would be better, but the only change is between meetings when we leave the chapel and go to a classroom.
In 1980, we went to the block System because church functions were spread out all over the week and Sunday was usually the only day everyone met at the same time.
The Block System was instituted to try and keep families together more often. There is one night a week for “Youth activities,” but that includes Scouting and Young Women.
I’m going to try and hang in there.
