For those of a musical bent, today is the Feast of Stephen, famed for its deep, crisp, and even snow, upon which Good King Wenceslaus (St. Vaclav of Bohemia) and his hapless page took firewood food, and wine to a poor peasant. Makes a person happy she doesn’t live in Bohemia, I say, and Yay! Global Warming!

Last night I was so up past my bedtime, I felt I was a zombie. But when siblings need input, you do what you can, no matter how long it takes. And I did.
Today, if the Sun Gods are kind and warm up the BB SUV a bit, I’ll head out to the post office and take pics of the new snow on the mountains.
Tomorrow, the Beaker goes to the vet again, and I have no idea how much it will cost. I just know I have to do whatever is necessary for the poor little thing.
