He’s no fool, so I expect he is well aware of the game...(I hope, that is..)
My thinking on Nunes, Jordan, Meadows pushing declassification and so strongly pressing Trump, especially Nunes, is to give Trump some COVER, to make Trump look reluctant, and appear absolutely “forced” to DECLAS, on the basis of demands of Congress.
This is also about relationships with allies, going forward, and the coming national elections in Europe. Many moving parts are affected by timing, but perceptions can work to Trump’s advantage, as well. Just my 2 cents.
