I know that Q is doing it a-purpose and I bet the derps are coming totally unglued.
The reason I think it very possible RR is a WH or at least leveraged into doing the right thing is because Q always says “We have it all” and “We are in control”. And Trump would not be so jolly if RR and Muel were busy undermining and destroying for months and months.
Plus - NO LEAKS on what they are doing.
I won’t eat crow if they are black hats because I am on fence, but lean towards leveraged at least. If I am wrong I will abase myself publicly.

I’ve never been sure about Rosenstein or Mueller. I remember that someone used the term grey hats for awhile. I believe it was used to indicate that the President was using them (leveraged) because they were dirty and caught red handed.
I won’t totally shut the door on the idea of those two being controlled black hats. But I certainly can’t imagine them being white hats in DC or NYC for all those years before President Trump got into office. Otherwise, for starters, I wouldn’t think NSA Director Mike Rogers would have had to go warn President elect Trump himself.
