Are you sure the answer to Q's question is yes? If it is so obvious, why did he ask it?

Are we sure James Baker is a WH? (He is a Marine ... but also is close friend of GHWB--the ultimate spookmeister.)

Is Mueller a WH or BH? The ONLY THING WE KNOW from Q is that Mueller and RR are the SAME.

And appointed to what? Would RR and JC have been scheming AFTER JC was fired? Seems doubtful.

I could go on and on. Such is the ambiguity of Q on this topic.
