Durbin was just on Fox Business saying that Kavanaugh said to the committee “what goes around comes around”, and claiming he was threatening the Senators. I don’t recall him saying that, does anyone? If he did say it, I would imagine it was in the context of scorched earth tactics could come back to haunt democrat nominees someday.
