This is simply a military thing. We acknowledge by saying “roger” so many times that occasionally we mix it up by using a fake French accent and it comes out something let “rouget”. Nothing more.

Keep in mind - when a spelling error has happened previously we were notified of its occurrence. That hasn't happened as of yet.
