There are documents attached to post 2 of that twitter thread where she told her therapist it was in her late teens that an event occurred. Also look at post 13.
And there was another account that I read that referred to an event at UNC in the mid-80s that would line up with the therapist notes. I would have to check to find that link. I think those may be the guys who wrote to the FBI with the actual account of what happened.
We haven’t been told the import. But POTUS knows.

It only makes sense if POTUS is planning to use it.
Typically, this would be to trigger emergency procedures. Remember POTUS made September 2018 "Emergency Preparedness Month" or something like that. Maybe he's considering a confrontation in the South China Sea, for example, which could get VERY dangerous.
I do not see anything on the domestic "political" front, because I think we've got the bad guys on the run already; just taking time. Even if a number of very high profile people are arrested, Q and POTUS have prepared us for it.
The remaining possibility, I suppose, would be an attack on the infrastructure of the U.S.---power grid, water etc.---whether from internal traitors or external foes. It could be VERY IMPORTANT to cut through the FOG and get information to the people.

I’m just going on the fact that most people who are so badly damaged as to have false memories sufficient to accuse an innocent man have experienced the underlying trauma (rape) in early childhood, not late teens.
So my view is admittedly speculative; however, I would say we cannot put much more credence on her other statements than those she made about Kavanaugh.
Could be read as:
