Someone else noted there’s a court case pending with the same judge that ditched the Benghazi survivor’s lawsuit to cover Hillary’s butt...

The libs intend to delay until that suit can be heard - the suit concerns the time a GOP staffer named Manuel Miranda discovere that the Senate computers were wide open and anyone could access the emails of both Democrats and Republicans- he copied the Democrats’ correspondence [no word on if he did so with the Republicans’ and then he blew the whistle on the security flaw.

Among the documents was the Rockefeller collusion memo from the Gulf War period and a Leahy letter on stalling the court nominations, etc... and probably lot more that never hit the news. The Dems refer to it as a “stolen” memo nd insist the system was hacked but he didn’t steal it so much as copy it while it was wide open. He got disciplined anyway...

Some of the materials were allegedly read by Kavanaugh but he didn’t know where they came from. The Dems want to claim Kavanaugh knew the materials were “stolen” and it was all a giant conspiracy or cabal rather their Senate’s security.

The Dems want to use this to find out more about the detainee interrogation program and all its “human rights” issues under Bush and somehow tie it into Trump via Kavanaugh, I suppose.

Note that this woman Dr. Ford could pull herself together long enough to sign onto the Physicians for Human Rights petition/letter [I think it was on Trumps’ “forbidden” travel countries. ]… the same group is very much involved along with the ACLU and PSR and n doubt CAIR ISNA, etc... in trashing the US for waterboarding terrorist detainees, etc. They wanted to bring it up before the ICC /the Hague nd have the US condemned and so forth.

Note that as these hearings were underway good ol’ Bolton as busy shredding US involvement with the ICC...
