It is now clear that the Judiciary Committee KNEW that Christine Blasey Ford dated Brian Merrick and KNEW she coached a friend to take a polygraph test years earlier. Prosecutor Rachel Mitchell knew this and walked Christine Ford into a nest of lies.

Why is it “clear”? We lose in the media wars when a statement like this leaves one little thing in it for the media to focus on in order to discount the overall meaning and facts of the statement. It is now “apparent”. Or it “seems” clear. It is not clear unless you have evidence.
It does seem like an odd question, in hind sight, unless there was some background information Prosecutor Mitchell knew.
