The Kavanaugh debacle has reawakened the giant.
Excuse me if this has already been mentioned but Scott Adams (creator of the famed Dilbert comic) and political commentator had a family tragedy yesterday. His stepson (18 years I think he said) overdosed on fentanyl. Justin had addiction issues and had never been quite right since a serious bike accident at 14 years, Scott said. He was very cut up. Please pray for God’s comfort for Scott and the boy’s mother & biological father (Scott’s ex-wife).
Last year I attended the after-funeral get-together of the grandson of a church friend who overdosed on probably fentanyl. I think he was in his 20s as well. He had been in rehab but slipped back. His family was close, loving, monied but nothing mattered in the end. Another tragedy.
