One leftover tidbit: on arrival at Topeka, POTUS was greeted by Kris Kobach and by Gov. Jeff Colyer, whom Trump-endorsed Kobach defeated in the GOP primary. Trump made a joke at tonight’s rally. Apologized and said “I just didn’t know you.”
Unremarkable motorcade in a light rain, unless you count the odor of skunk permeating Press Van 3 for much of the ride back to Forbes Field, Kansas Air National Guard Base.
The president stayed in his limo for over 10 minutes after arriving at the plane. He boarded Air Force One a 8:09 PM CT. just as it starred to rain. He had an umbrella and paused to wave as he went
