Chop them. Place them on a cookie sheet and keep in a freezer until frozen. Place the frozen green peppers in a freezer bag. Label with date. Use as needed.

The green peppers stay firm all year. You can even run them briefly under cold water and add to a fresh salad. You can also do the same for cucumbers (deseed and cut into pickle like slices).

I do peppers that way Cut the green off of tomatoes and strawberries and freeze the same
Whole tomatoes can be added to anything. Use the strawberries for smoothies.
Bought $75 saved over $200 of pork loin,t bones and chicken breasts . Already have the chicken , pork chops and roasts in freezer, tenderloins about half done and ran out of vacumn seal bags. It’s all 1.99 pound Two packages of chicken (6) and two of steaks (4) plus five whole loins in that $75. Tomorrow is last day of sale. Got to see how much room is left in freezer.
