This is fast only because they are seated and must respond at the roll with their vote.
Usually they mill around and do the the thumbs up or down routine. Takes 20-30 minutes per vote.
Oh okay, I figured something was different. It does seem odd for them to Mill around though, kind of chaotic. I never cared much for that.
They want to go home to campaign. Monday is a federal holiday. Maybe they are finished in DC until after the election.
