If I was invited to a wedding and the couple called me today to say we've decided to have the wedding latter in the night...Mid-night...I would think..wow...exciting! Maybe its just me. I would understand the change in time and anyone who loves the couple would also.

I was boycott the wedding if I was invited and knew that the congressman was derelict in his duty and holding up the vote.
