I hadn’t thought of a food separation issue until I was dictating to you, and I realized if I put all the ingredients he likes together then it would still be a casserole and he would complain. I like casseroles personally. Especially now and I’m trying to minimize pots and dishes. I think after having TV dinners he might be open to a casserole now and then :-) I mean, soup is just a liquidy casserole isn’t it?
That’s what I think too, everything all together in 1 pot.
I felt sorry for Mom and when Dad had a meeting we would take her out for Mexican food which she loved.
