I woke up feeling terrible and in pain.
I took something for it and took a nap.
Sometimes I wake up grouchy, and other times I let him sleep!

You didn’t over react at all. I feel the same way when I see people complaining about Californians moving in. I wish they wouldn’t lump us all together. And now I ended up doing the same thing! Maybe I’ll have a little more patience the next time I see somebody do it.
I’m sorry you’re not feeling good. My arms have been absolutely horrible also. I’ve been having constant pain since May. Now it has just turned to intermittent pain and I am so happy!
