This is very scary and creepy stuff and very plausible.
Do you remember Timothy McVeigh?
IIRC He claimed that while in the service he had something implanted in his brain, some kind of mind control device, everyone just thought he was nuts, I wonder?
We also see that with these mass shootings.
The perps that survive indicate “voices” telling them what to do.
I used to chalk that up to demonic activity.
But mind control, like the Manchurian Candidate and Telefon movies of long ago showed us, works that very way.
A behavior or action is triggered or “launched” with a simple word or phrase.
Especially when the Deep State needs a false flag event to further the Agenda.
Regarding McVeigh and other veterans, I cannot understand the high rate of suicide of our young vets. Something is “off”. This started in the Vietnam War, with returning vets killing themselves, and has continued to this day, through various conflicts.
Just an observation for which I have no explanation.
